Truly beware of this storage locker company. At this Embrun location my daughter recently signed up and within the first 6 months they increased her unit rental two times for a total $85.00 more. That’s over 30% increase and their company management say increases happen every 6 months to rental unit customers. Left numerous messages with this reception and voice message and their service manager Eric never returns messages back to his customers. Poor customer service. Finally their district manager called me back and say it’s up the company to increase every 6mo thxs and basically if you don’t like it she said pack up and leave!! Except increases every 6months and she can’t tell me her full name or provide me past increase rates so my daughter can evaluate their increase amounts to determine whether this place is fair or not on annual increases. Seems they are hiding this
Price hike history information to take advantage of customers. It’s unethical to treat rental unit customers this way. Please do not book a short and especially a long term rental u it from them. Please be aware. This organization needs to be investigated for their shady price gouging. Next step is to call Russell township and better business bureau. It’s a principal matter now with me to help those getting put into a bad situation with potential wrongful storage rental owners!! More info to come
Management recent response is truly not true. Eric their district manager never called back or in their recent reply mention why over 30% increase is acceptable and reasonable in these economical times and will not comment why they have the right to price gouge increases every 6 months as their management team mentioned. Better business bureau will be informed and news talk CTV has been informed to investigate these unethical price hikes.

Great place to store mini mall has been great, prices are in line with other storage areas but location is better. Friendly service :)

Owners keep raising the price and refuse to work with us. I work with a not for profit that also rents a unit here and the owners refused to work with us on their exorbitant pricing.
